The market is now open Saturdays from 9AM-12PM  in the Plaza room inside of the Velvet Mill. The market is a means to provide fresh food to our community.

Join Chef Johan for a 3-hour hands-on sourdough class!

Learn the full sourdough process, take home some live starter, shape your own loaf, and bring home a baked bread along with a starter and bread recipe. You’ll also get a banneton for shaping and first access to our Bread Club for recipes, tips, and direct Q&A with Chef Johan.
